Description:

The application claims to allow users to assess the battle power of surrounding individuals in real time by scanning their faces with a scouter device.

Additionally, users can view detailed battle power statistics for other individuals through the ranking interface.

It also provides the functionality to monitor the battle power of a specific player, even when that player is amidst a crowd of other participants.

However, the overall reliability of this application is questionable. In my experience, the battle power levels displayed are inconsistent and lack precision.

Measurement Procedure:
<ol>
<li>Tap the measure button on the active screen.</li>
<li>The camera system automatically detects faces within the frame.</li>
<li>Once a face is recognized, tap inside the detection box to initiate measurement.</li>
<li>The battle power estimate will then be displayed on the measurement screen.</li>
<li>Users can utilize the bottom menu buttons to view rankings, save screenshots, or upload images to social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook.</li>
<li>The scouter's visual color scheme can be altered to green, blue, or disabled via the settings menu.</li>
<li>Images can be deleted from the ranking screen by tapping the edit button.</li>
