The application claims to allow users to assess the battle power of surrounding individuals in real time by scanning their faces with a scouter device.

However, the overall reliability of this application is questionable. In my experience, the battle power levels displayed are inconsistent and lack precision.

Measurement Procedure:

1. Tap the measure button on the active screen.
2. The camera system automatically detects faces within the frame.
3. Once a face is recognized, tap inside the detection box to initiate measurement.
4. The battle power estimate will then be displayed on the measurement screen.
5. Users can utilize the bottom menu buttons to view rankings, save screenshots, or upload images to social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook.
6. The scouter's visual color scheme can be altered to green, blue, or disabled via the settings menu.
7. Images can be deleted from the ranking screen by tapping the edit button.
